Cindy Leigh Crick Butts, 57, of Ashland City, TN, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Cindy was born on August 17, 1960, in Nashville, TN to the late Burney Crick and Dorothy Morrison Crick.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be at Ever Rest of Cheatham. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and Friday, October 13, 2017, from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Cindy was a Executive Secretary for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church, 1388 Cumberland Heights Road, Clarksville, TN 37040.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 33 years, Jimmy Ray Butts of Ashland City, TN; son, Jarrod (Veronica) Butts of Ashland City, TN; granddaughter, Charleston Lynn Butts, who was her pride and joy and always brightened up her day.

Cindy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
