Hui-Cha Oh Sliwowski, 65, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Signature Healthcare of Clarksville.

Hui-Cha was born on February 18, 1952, in South Korea. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Sliwowski.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Hui-Cha worked in the shop at Eastland Green Golf Course for 15 years.

Hui-Cha is survived by her son, Thomas (Dabney) Sliwowski of Alabaster, AL and grandson, Benton Sliwowski.
