Obera Swan Williard, age 82, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017, at her residence. 

Obera was born June 23, 1935, in Big Sandy, TN, to the late Finis Garrett McPeake and Bertha Jones McPeake. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stanley J. Williard. 

Mrs. Williard retired from Acme Boot Company and was a member of New Providence United Methodist Church. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, December 13, at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. B.J. Brack officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 12, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, and Wednesday, December 13, from 1:00 PM until the hour of service, at the funeral home. 

Obera is survived by her son, Steve (Brenda) Williard of Goodlettsville, TN; sister, Avieoun Hawkins; and two grandchildren, Courtney Williard and Kellen Williard. 
Pallbearers will be Jason Page, Will Page, Larry Riels, Kevin Hawkins, Garrett Hawkins, and Brian Hawkins. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Providence United Methodist Church, 1317 Fort Campbell Boulevard, Clarksville, TN 37042.
