Tomiko Collins, 83, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at her residence.

Tomiko was born on November 1, 1934, in Japan.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY with Dr. Scott Wilson and Jamus Redd, III officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.

Tomiko is survived by her husband of 60 years, James "J.D." Collins; son, David Collins; daughter, Janeen (Tony) Tramble; five grandchildren, Kristin (Robbie) Hale, Sara (Jake) Wallace, Cody Collins, Travis Collins, and Catlin Collins; and five great grandchildren.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
