CSM (Ret) Richard Eugene Epps, age 69 of Clarksville, passed away January 7, 2022 at Tennova Healthcare.

Richard was born on August 15, 1952 in College Station, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Dianna Magill Epps; daughter, Michelle Page, granddaughter: Kaitlyn (Shawn) Seward and great granddaughter, Layla Seward.

Graveside services with full Military honors will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
