Chawewan Kimble, age 68, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital.
Chawewan was born on June 9, 1953 in Bangkok, Thailand to Sophon Yusamran and Putaloska Sangalune. She worked at Letica for several years until she retired from working.
She loved and cherished family along with fishing and anything associated with cooking. She spent her free time watching Youtube Thai cooking and Thai dramas. She was the backbone of her immediate family, a true friend to those in need, and she will be truly missed.
Chawewan was preceded in death by her, parents. She is survived by husband Alan Collins; her sons and daughters: Naree Yusamran Dilworth, Michael Mixson (Tina), Supatha Peters Butler (Jovon), Somsak Kimble; Myron Collins; and Aaron Collins; grandchildren: Devante, Deandre, Nardia, Nayia, Nadia, Nia, Aiyanna, Alloura, Aamiyah, Aalayah, Montavious, Malik, Michael Jr, Marcus, Mekhi, Amari, Adrianna, Demarcus, Somaya, Jace, Amaury'n, Alayah, Aaron, A'montay, A'onna, Audreonna, Nehemiah, Shakeira and Phoenix; and 10 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Dr. Carl E. Livingston officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 4, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home and Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 12:00 PM until the hour of service. Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
