Darlene Curtsinger

Bobbie Darlene Curtsinger, age 83 of Clarksville passed away Monday, September 6, 2021.

Darlene was born June 3, 1938 to the late Myrtle Hinshaw nee Merritt .  She is preceded in death by her son Jeffery Curtsinger.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse Curtsinger; daugher, Denae (Wade) Huffman; grandchildren, Joel Huffman, Jessalyn (Clayton) Schmidt, Joanna (Jonathan) Martin, Julia (Ian) Mansfield; sister, Marlene (Bobby) Sikes; and great grandchildren.

Darlene was married to Jesse for 60 years.  They loved to travel, to square dance, and spend time with friends and family.

She was an artist, painting and teaching art classes across the United States.  She and Jesse were very involved with the orphanage Children’s Haven International in Texas and Mexico and devoted much of their time and energy to serving those children.
