Dr. Donald Ray Richardson

Dr. Donald Ray Richardson, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center.

Donald was born November 15, 1938, in Castalian Springs, TN, to the late Windol D. Richardson and Blanche Hester Burgess Richardson. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Richardson; and sister, Joan Richardson Dunn.

He is survived by his daughter, Donna (Jonathan) Hale; and three grandchildren, Emma Hale, Ethan Hale, and Maggie Hale.

Dr. Richardson was an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist, serving the community from 1971 to 1995. He was in the US Army Reserves, having served in Vietnam.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 24, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later time, at Greenwood Cemetery.
