Phillip Lewis Oliver, Jr., age 57, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at his residence.

Phillip was born October 16, 1963, in Clarksville, TN, to the late Phillip Lewis Oliver, Sr. and Dorothy Louise Williams Oliver.

Mr. Oliver was an electrician and a member of Living Hope Baptist Church. He loved camping, boating, and fishing.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Debbie Huff Oliver; two sons, Eric Stuard and Brandon Oliver; daughter, Lisa Cobb; and six grandchildren, Mackaela Stuard, Eli Stuard, Savannah Stuard, Brennan Oliver, Austin Oliver, and Ty Cobb.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
