Richard “Dick” Coe Phipps, age 93 of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dick was born on June 8, 1928 in Framingham, Massachusetts to the late Chester Daniel Phipps and Ester Coe Phipps. In addition to his parents, he has joined his daughter Penny Phipps-Ramirez in death. He is survived by his wife, Jean Phipps; son, Mark Phipps, son-in-law, Joseph Ramirez; daughters: Pamela Phipps, JoAnn Phipps; 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great child.

No public services are planned.
