Richard "Rich" Lee Waggoner

Richard (Rich) Waggoner, age 65, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Tennova Medical Center in Clarksville, TN.

Rich was born on July 1, 1957 in Christian County, KY to Edna Rager Waggoner. He is also preceded in death by his Father, Morris "Jake" Waggoner.

Rich is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Laura Waggoner; son, Colton Waggoner; daughter, Lydia (Caleb) Anderson; life long friends, Ernie Cumbee and Jeff Simmons; in laws, Lew and Pat Branson; brother and sister in law, John and Melissa Craven; nephews, Evan and Jacob.

Rich was an avid lover of motorcycles and attended Drag races with his friends and family. As you think of Rich, may his words of advice run through your mind, "It will be alright."

A celebration of Life in Rich’s honor will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cats Are Us, located at 119 Providence Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37042, in honor of “Reggie”, Rich’s beloved cat.
