SFC (Ret.) Kelsie Lee Waldrop

SFC (Ret.) Kelsie Lee Waldrop, 71, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.

Kelsie was born on August 22, 1947, in Smackover, AR to the late Walter Lee Waldrop and Elsie Mae Stafford Waldrop. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Edna Waldrop.

In keeping with Kelsie's wishes, no services are planned.

Kelsie was a retired SFC with the U.S. Army. He was also a retired General Manager with Superior Medical and Minister with the Church of God.

Kelsie is survived by his wife, Yong Sun Chang Waldrop of Clarksville, TN; son, Kelsie Waldrop Jr. of Alton, MO; three daughters, Rebecca Chang Beecroft of Yelm, WA, Sara Mae Waldrop Smith and Lora Lynn Waldrop of Clarksville, TN; brother, Stephen Lee Waldrop of Smackover, AR; niece, Tracie Kelley of Eldorado, AR; and eight grandchildren.
