Tom R Collins

Tom R. Collins, age 65, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, March 27, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare.

Tom was born October 9, 1954 in Auburn, NY to the late Charlie Collins and Barbara Doan Collins. He is also preceded in death by his Granddaughter, Angel Bell Collins; Brothers, Randy Collins, Brock Collins and Craig (Rick) Collins and Sister, Renee Collins.  

Mr. Collins was a retired truck driver for Mt. Pleasant Transfer.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Tom is survived by his Wife, Tammy Reynolds Collins; two sons, Tom Collins Jr, and Tim Collins; three Brothers, Robert Collins, David Collins and Ronald Collins; three Sisters, Darlene Collins, Roxanne Demars (Joe), Whnata LoCastro; seven Grandchildren, Johnathan, Alexis, Ryan, Brandon, Sarah, Jasmine, and Allison; and two Great grandchildren, Clara and Autumn.
