Willie May (Davis) Dapmore

Willie May Dapmore, age 78, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019, at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center.

Willie May was born January 31, 1941, in West, MS, to the late Willie Davis and Lizzie Mae Riley Davis. She was married to her late husband, Jerome Dapmore, for 38 years.

Willie May accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.  She was a member of Top Notch Missionary Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 30, at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Pastor Jonnie Aldridge officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, November 30, from 12:30 PM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.

Willie is survived by one son, Tony Davis of Memphis, TN; four daughters, Kimberly Green of Clarksville, Ruth (Marion) Terrell of Memphis, TN, LaSherrian Davis of Memphis, TN, and Vantay (Eric) Hodges of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Erroll Davis of Memphis, TN; two sisters, Rebecca Hunt of Detroit, MI and Birdie Clayborne of Memphis, TN; 18 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and mother-in-law, Ethel Dapmore of Chicago, IL.
