Willie A Wall King

Willie A. Wall King, age 88, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Jubilee House. Mrs. King was born July 14, 1934 to the late Fred W. Wall and Fannie Mae Reed in Davidson County, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George King and her brother, Gilbert Wall. Willie is survived by her daughter, Susan (Don) Towe; three sons, Rev. Larry (Yewelline) King, CW5 (R) Charles (Michelle) King, William “Will” (Donna) King; her sister, Betty Empson; her brother, Carlton Wall; eight grandchildren, Dr. Christopher Towe, Marian Towe, Charles “Brandon” King, Hannah King, Noah King, Morgan King, Laura King, Aaron King and six great-grandchildren, Eleanor Towe, Atlas Towe, Jordan King, Addie King, Hadalyn King and Madilynn King. Willie retired as the first female Microbiologist employed in the city of Clarksville from Memorial Hospital and was a member of First Baptist Church. She was also a Master Gardner. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 from 4:00- 7:00 PM and Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the hour of service with Reverend Larry King officiating.
