Winifred "Winnie" Ware

Winifred "Winnie" Ware, age 95, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020, at Jubilee House.

Winnie was born November 23, 1924, in Akron, OH, to the late Charles Kozer and Mary Blount Kozer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James "Jimmy" Ware; one daughter, Mary Ware; and her sister, Mary Jane Broome.

She retired from the Civil Service.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 23, from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Winnie is survived by her son, Tom Ware of Austin, TX; and daughter, Kathy Ware of Raleigh, NC.
