Kelly Lewis Atkins, 90, of Cunningham, TN, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018, at his residence.

Kelly was born on March 15, 1927, in Stewart County, TN to the late Allen Atkins and Maggie Martha Wilson Atkins. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Jones-Atkins; brother, Ross Atkins; and six sisters, Pearl, Harriett, Edith, Aileen, Pauline, and Mattye.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Ben Falls officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Private burial will be held at a later date.

Kelly was Owner of Atkins Tire & Auto. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, having been a member of the Navy Seabees. He was a member of Martha's Chapel UMC.

Kelly is survived by his son, Mike (Sara) Atkins; daughter, Dr. Ellen Atkins; four grandchildren, Paige Commander, Lee Atkins, Julia Atkins, and Will Schexnayder; and six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Martha's Chapel UMC Memorial Fund, 572 Bumpus Road, Cunningham, TN 37052.
